Cases
Long jobs. One thread.
The scenarios below are workflow demonstrations, not verified customer outcomes. They describe the shape of work Lucy is designed to sustain. Independently verifiable technical evidence is listed separately.
01
DEMONSTRATION · Sustained multi-hour session
Legacy codebase archaeology
SituationA large undocumented legacy system whose original authors are gone.
TaskMap data flows, surface undocumented business rules, and prioritize modules for rewrite.
- Architecture map with call graphs
- Undocumented business rules extracted from behavior
- High-risk modules flagged for rewrite priority
Why LucyLucy follows dead ends, keeps large source dumps in one working thread, and does not force the operator to simplify the problem before starting.
02
DEMONSTRATION · Sustained multi-hour session
Authorized vulnerability research
SituationA red-team engagement against a custom protocol and proprietary binary.
TaskReverse engineer the protocol, identify authentication weaknesses, and prepare reproducible findings.
- Protocol state machine documented
- Authentication-bypass vectors identified
- Detection rules and remediation material assembled
Why LucyThe work stays technical and iterative: binary behavior, hypotheses, and fixes remain in one sustained session.
03
DEMONSTRATION · Multi-hour session
Dense contract forensics
SituationA long master agreement with nested amendments and jurisdiction conflicts.
TaskExtract obligations, find conflicting clauses, and model risk scenarios.
- Obligation registry pulled from the full document set
- Direct conflicts organized into a jurisdiction matrix
- Risk-weighted remediation priority list
Why LucyDense documents and their amendments can be analyzed together instead of being reduced to isolated snippets.
04
DEMONSTRATION · Extended multi-pass session
Strategic war-gaming
SituationPre-decision competitive analysis across several targets.
TaskModel competitor responses to strategic moves and identify blind spots.
- Response scenarios with explicit probability weighting
- Blind spots surfaced in the operator's own strategy
- Counter-move playbook by competitor
Why LucyLucy keeps attacking the thesis instead of converging on the answer that sounds nicest in the first twenty minutes.
05
DEMONSTRATION · Long-form work across multiple passes
Long-form creative continuity
SituationA long serial with fixed character voices and continuity requirements, including adult work where lawful.
TaskMaintain voice, plot continuity, tone, and revision history across long-form output.
- Character bible with per-persona voice notes
- Chapter outlines with continuity checks
- Consistent voice maintained across revisions
Why LucyThe creative work stays direct and adult where lawful without the interface turning every revision into a policy negotiation.
06
DEMONSTRATION · Multi-hour session
Financial model stress-test
SituationA complex waterfall model with many scenarios.
TaskFind break points, inspect edge cases, and validate sensitivity behavior.
- Formula and circular-reference bugs identified
- Scenarios mapped to trigger conditions
- Sensitivity analysis and regression checks
Why LucyThe model is treated as a system to interrogate instead of a document to summarize.
Verified Evidence
What is actually proven.
These are deterministic contract results held in the product's own release gate. Each is bounded to what it certifies — no uptime, SLA, benchmark, or live-provider claim is implied.
Private-boundary response contract
Lucy keeps its own workings private. A committed regression run holds it to that, and holds it to letting real technical work through untouched.
Bounded to the recorded test layer, not to free-form answer quality.
Market composition contract
One frozen Lucy visual substrate composes across eight markets and twelve locales without forking the palette or identity — verified over the full 8 × 12 combination matrix.
Certifies composition geometry and locale independence, not localized copy review.
Browser calibration receipts
Committed calibration runs exercised progressively larger browser workloads with zero recorded browser errors and a stable post-GC memory envelope at the tested layer.
Run against stubbed providers, so it does not certify live behaviour end to end.
