Terms

Lucy sells time, not tokens.

Fourteen sections, no fine-print traps. Last updated 20 September 2026.

1. Agreement.

These terms govern your use of I am Lucy, operated by MSI Group (Lucy, we). By entering Lucy's space — starting a trial, redeeming a code, or paying for access — you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Lucy.

2. Access products.

Lucy sells wall-clock access, not tokens. The subscription is $24 per month and renews automatically until you cancel; paid time is never cut short by cancellation. A 24-hour pass starts its clock when you redeem it, not when you pay. The 5-minute trial is free. Previously sold historical five-hour passes retain the five-hour right that was purchased.

3. No customer token or message meter.

Ordinary Chat, research work, and Code are not governed by a customer-facing cumulative token or message allowance. This does not mean infinite model context, infinite file size, unlimited parallel generations, immunity from safety controls, or unlimited expensive media compute.

4. Device binding.

Access codes bind to the first browser that redeems them. A second device is rejected. Do not share codes or credentials; you are responsible for activity under your access, and sharing that triggers abuse controls is on you.

5. Resource and abuse controls.

Do not abuse the service: no scraping or reselling access, no attacking the infrastructure, no unlawful material, no using Lucy to harm others. One live generation runs per entitlement at a time; automation that hammers the service counts as abuse and will be rate-limited or suspended.

6. Your work.

You own what you submit. You grant Lucy only the license needed to operate the service: process your prompts, render your images and code, and keep your thread. You remain responsible for reviewing Lucy's output before relying on it — model output is probabilistic and can be wrong. Browser-local session state is not permanent archival custody; export artifacts you need to retain.

7. AI output disclaimer.

Lucy's answers, images, and code are generated, not guaranteed. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate to your situation. Decisions made in reliance on output are yours alone.

8. Payments and refunds.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where stated here: if a charge completes but the entitlement is not issued, cannot be activated, or a verified product failure prevents delivery of purchased access, contact support for remediation or refund review. Ordinary model disagreement or output preference is not failure to deliver. Cancel the subscription any time; already-paid time runs out normally.

9. Suspension and termination.

Abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms can suspend or end access without refund of unused time. Paid-through time is otherwise honored. Trial access can be withdrawn at any time.

10. Warranty.

Lucy is provided as is, without warranties of any kind — availability, accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Private hardware still has bad days.

11. Liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnity.

You indemnify Lucy against third-party claims arising from your content, your use, or your violation of these terms.

13. Changes.

Terms can change; continued use after posting is acceptance. Material changes to paid terms apply from your next renewal, never retroactively to time already bought.

14. Contact.

Support: support@lucy.app — include the checkout email plus the Stripe receipt or Checkout Session reference. Legal notices: legal@lucy.app. Never send passwords or private API keys.
